AG Heylen Solar 21 BV constructed a photovoltaic installation for the Agora 21 Logistic Campus in Oud Gastel through a joint venture with AG Real Estate.
Located in Business Park Borchwerf II, the Agora 21 Logistic Campus is a modern, multifunctional distribution center with a total warehouse surface of 83,399 m².
The installation was implemented on an existing operational site. A system was installed in which 100% of the generated energy is injected into the grid via dedicated transformer stations. Additionally, the installation had to be operational within a strict timeline to qualify for the SDE++ subsidy. This project aligns perfectly with Heylen Energy’s core values: fostering strong, long-term partnerships and accelerating the energy transition through innovative and sustainable solutions.
Results: The installation has a capacity of 9.8 MWp.
